    Engaging and connecting with our associates is vital. Our associates benefit from the Eurest foundation of regional Town Halls, Compass Zone Meetings and Regional Connects, which provide the atmosphere to assemble with regional, divisional and executive representatives to openly connect with one another.​

    Eurest’s Annual Associate Engagement Survey is our platform for sincerely asking all associates to provide their honest feedback on how to improve Eurest as an organization. Action plans are developed based on the feedback and improvements are made year upon year.
