CHARLOTTE, N.C. – (October 30, 2024) – It’s the most wonderful time of the year … for culinary delights. As we approach the final months of the year, a time synonymous with festive gatherings and indulgence, Eurest announces the launch of its new seasonal catering menu, including fall favorites and holiday classics with a modern twist. With this expanded seasonal release, Eurest combines timely trends and preferences to elevate meetings and occasions across B&I clients.

“We know that everyone eats with their eyes, so we prioritize visual appeal when concepting our menus,” said Eurest National Director of Catering Erin Lamberti. “These menus are designed to enhance the overall catering experience and excite our guests.”

Eurest culinary and catering teams curated a menu that delivers on in-demand items and trends. According to Eurest, these are the trends driving catering preferences this season.

  • Boards and more boards. Innovative board spreads are an ideal mechanism for a catered environment. Eurest is introducing new seasonal boards, including Sea-Cuterie Board featuring crab and artichoke dip, pickled shrimp cocktail and smoked salmon; the Caramel Apple Board; the Harvest Bread and Butter Board; and the Sweet and Salty Snack Board.
  • Demand for Mocktails. As the non-alcoholic category explodes, Eurest has responded with a rotating selection of creative mocktails. Guests can enjoy Caramel Pecan Pie Eggnog and a Sparkling Apple Cider this season.
  • Customization. The ability to personalize your own dining experience is here to stay, and this extends to catering. Eurest released build-your-own charcuterie boards, customizable Earth Bowls and a cookie decorating kit, which doubles as a fun activity for guests.
  • Healthier Holiday Traditions. Committed to its philosophy of Food with Purpose, Eurest prioritizes fresh and seasonal ingredients and nutritional options. This season, guests can enjoy creamy mashed cauliflower, butternut kale macaroni and cheese and a maple glazed stuffed acorn squash, alongside classic main dishes like herb roasted turkey and turkey pot pie.
  • When I Dip, You Dip, We Dip. Dips are a crowd favorite, and two new seasonal items hit menus, including pumpkin hummus with crudité and a dirty martini dip paired with crackers. Inspired by social media trends, these dips are designed to offer fun, shareable options that are visually stunning and perfect for any festive gathering.

In total, Eurest’s seasonal catering release includes 25+ new items and will be available through January 3, 2025.
