The Compass Group Labor Pool, available through MySTAFF Mobility, gives all of our hourly associates the opportunity to pick up open shifts across our family of companies. Head to ess.compassassociate.com to search for shifts in your area. The tool is still available even if you are on furlough. Our Health Care and Senior Living communities are in need of additional associates. Any Compass Group employee on MyStaff is eligible to sign-up on MyStaff Mobility to pick up additional shifts that include dining associates, dining delivery, cooks, cashiers and servers, and EVS.

Talent Matching for Salaried Associates
Our HR teams are collaborating to find interim, temporary opportunities for salaried associates whose accounts are closed. Our goal is to place salaried associates in comparable roles that are in the same line of work and within 25 miles of where they live.
Talent Matching for Hourly Associates
There are a limited number of open roles, and our HR teams are using our PeopleHub databases to match hourly associates with vacancies, primarily connecting B&I associates to healthcare openings. Hourly associates can also apply for roles that fit their experience by visiting www.compassmyopportunity.com.

Walmart has partnered with us to make open positions available to our associates. As part of responding to the current environment, Walmart is hiring new associates through the end of May to assist with their temporarily increased needs. This initiative is aimed at helping put Americans to work, while helping Walmart better serve customers during this time of increased demand.
