An overnight oat parfait is a fiber-packed breakfast that you can make ahead so you are not skipping this important meal! All you need is this base recipe. In the morning, add your favorite fruit and toppings, and you’re all set!

OVERNIGHT OATS PARFAIT
Yield: 1 parfait 

Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk 

Topping ideas:
Banana slices
Berries
Coconut
Granola
Nuts or nut butter
Protein powder
Seeds
Spices 

Preparation:
1. Combine the oats, yogurt and milk in a container and cover overnight. A mason jar works great!
2. In the morning, add your favorite fruit and toppings. You can warm them in the microwave if you’d like, or enjoy them straight from the fridge!
