Spicy Watermelon Coconut Refresher Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Chamoy
  • 4 tsp Chamoy
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp tajin
  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 ea lime slices

Instructions

Rim the Glass

  • Mix 4 tsp chamoy and 2 tsp honey in container and spread 1 tsp around the rim of each glass using a spoon or brush.   
  • Dip the rims into tajin until well coated.

Mixture

  • In a blender, combine watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, and ¼ cup chamoy, and blend until smooth.   

To Serve:

  • Fill the rimmed glasses with 1/4 cup of ice and pour blended mixture over ice, about 8 floz each.  
  • Garnish each with a lime slice.
