Instructions
Simple Syrup
Add sugar and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Turn off heat and stir to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and chill in the refrigerator before use.
Mocktail
Muddle berries and half of the thyme (reserve some thyme for garnish).
Fill pitcher with ice, berries, simple syrup, cranberry juice, and soda.
Stir well, strain and pour into serving glasses.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme and serve.
