Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1.5 Tbsp raspberries
  • 1.5 Tbsp blueberries
  • 1.5 Tbsp blackberries
  • 1.5 Tbsp strawberries
  • 3/4 cup lemon lime soda
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

Simple Syrup

  • Add sugar and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.   
  • Turn off heat and stir to dissolve sugar.  Remove from heat and chill in the refrigerator before use.

Mocktail

  • Muddle berries and half of the thyme (reserve some thyme for garnish).
  •  Fill pitcher with ice, berries, simple syrup, cranberry juice, and soda.  
  • Stir well, strain and pour into serving glasses.  
  • Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme and serve.
