WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER

As a member of a global family of companies, we are a tapestry of unique backgrounds, cultures, experiences and perspectives. We believe that our differences contribute to our success, and we are committed to showing our associates, clients and guests what it looks like when everyone is welcome.

OUR BETTER TOGETHER PROGRAM

In 2020, Eurest developed the Better Together program, which fully encompasses our diversity, equity and inclusion vision and executes our goals and initiatives.

The platform is supported by our Diversity and Inclusion Action Council or DEIAC, comprised of passionate individuals from various departments and roles across Eurest and ESFM who execute and champion programs and activities designed to drive awareness and help all people flourish.

INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE &
ASSOCIATE ADVANCEMENT

When our associates come to work, it is important to us that they feel valued, included – and, that they can be their complete selves. Eurest and ESFM has prioritized ensuring that our associates know pathways have been created to provide all people with upward mobility and that they see themselves in leadership both through opportunity and representation.

The Eurest and ESFM DEIAC have developed programming that includes
diversity awareness, education and training, job development courses,
mentorship networks and more.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY

We are committed to using our scale and influence to support small and diverse businesses and local communities. Our supplier diversity team seeks to identify certified Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) for inclusion in our sourcing opportunities.

Having a well-rounded supplier base helps us better anticipate the needs of the people we serve and enables us to provide products and services that are specialized, competitively priced and innovative.
