NEWS: Eurest Releases 2025 Trending Food Experiences
According to Eurest, leading hospitality and foodservice provider serving America’s workforce, the trends that will dominate the culinary landscape in 2025 invoke beloved off-the-clock traditions.
Eurest serves nearly one million meals every day to more than 1,600 marketplaces across the country and sets its food and beverage priorities based on constant real-time data informed by its footprint inside the top corporations and businesses in the country. Eurest’s Elev8 Hospitality group, alongside Compass Group’s E15 insights, continuously tracks and analyzes sales trends, guest preferences, catering and industry innovations.
“We leverage data to craft our menus and stay in touch with consumer preferences – everything from global demands to what people are ordering off of the most popular restaurants in America,” said Chris Ivens-Brown, Chief Culinary Officer for Eurest and Compass Group North America. “Understanding the full scope of guest preferences coupled with our R&D efforts, we are able to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that rival anything our guests can get outside of our marketplaces.”
Here are the top trends shaping Eurest’s 2025 food experiences:
- The Board Room. As people prioritize getting more protein into their diets, coupled with the demand for protein-rich snacks, Eurest is seeing a surge in interest for deli classics, like meats, cheese and nuts, but through an elevated experience. Eurest started the New Year off with a new deli offering called Boxed that lets guests customize their own on-the-go charcuterie board.
- Grab & Globe. The bolder the better, according to guest input. Dynamic combinations fusing sweet, spicy, tangy and creamy rich flavors are consistent favorites among Eurest guests. In 2024, Eurest released an expansive global menu lineup and is looking to elevate this in 2025, continuing to further develop and evolve its popular Street Eats menu that takes highly sought-after handheld bites like quesabirria and bao buns to appeal to flavor seekers and those looking for grab-and-go.
- Brunch O’Clock Anytime. As work evolves and norms shift, dining experiences are as well. As more workers return to office beyond the common Tuesday-Thursday schedule, Eurest anticipates a demand for more creative culinary experiences that foster connection and socialization among guests, inspired by favored traditions like brunch.
- Cozy Classics. Eurest predicts the resurgence of comfort classics found around any family’s dinner table. Embracing the taste of home and connection, Eurest is in menu development for a refreshed concept that balances hearty comfort with modern approaches, integrating more better-for-you options and lighter fare without sacrificing comfort.
- Secret Garden. People are craving energy and food that makes them feel good. Eurest is finding new and innovative ways to put plants at the center of the plate, including blending traditional proteins with more veggies.
