With Purpose

Our industry is facing rapid demand for services that have a meaningful sense of environmental and social responsibility and cutting edge, flavorful food. Eurest is committed to partnering with our clients’ nutrition, health, and wellness initiatives to foster and promote a more healthful workplace.

In response, we have launched Eurest’s exclusive Food with Purpose wellness and sustainability platform that is built into everything we do and stand for. We educate and help guests make choices for a healthier lifestyle that are Good For You and Good For The Planet.

We understand that everyone’s nutritional needs and preferences are different, so we offer a variety of better-for-you selections where our guests can customize their meals with components that are lower in calories, packed with superfoods, sustainably sourced, and socially responsible.

We integrate this into our seasonal menus, train our team on our initiatives, build our marketing promotions, and offer a portfolio of choices with health in mind.  This is our journey of simple ingredients and sourcing because what we serve matters.

From the growers to your plate, we incorporate nutrient-dense foods that have added health benefits as part of our menus.

We offer recipes crafted without ingredients from animals or dairy products.

We offer recipes that are crafted without meat, fish, poultry or shellfish, but may contain dairy and eggs.

Try one of the many recipes that meet our criteria for calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar to be consistent with current dietary needs

For over a decade, we have only purchased foods and snacks that do not have added trans fats.

Our kitchens follow low food waste practices and recipes, and engage in conservation efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle.

We purchase milk and yogurt that is free of rBGH artificial growth hormones.

We gather ingredients from farms within a 400-mile radius of our locations, supporting our local communities.

All of our contracted seafood is supplied from environmentally responsible sources, following Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Program.

We only offer HFAC certified cage-free shell eggs as part of our commitment to the humane care of laying hens.

We have been committed to sourcing Skipjack tuna that is 100% Fish Aggregating Device (FAD)-Free in partnership with the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

We’re reducing waste & helping farmers by utilizing non ‘retail’ Grade A fruits and vegetables that have slight imperfections but are perfectly suitable for cooking.

We partner with positively impactful coffee suppliers who support Sustainable and Ecological Coffee production.

Menu items contain a smaller portion of animal protein to complement a plant-forward plate.

We work with local farmers and produce vendors to offer seasonal choices during peak growing seasons.

Delicious snacks hand-selected by our RDs and Chefs, that have the right amount of protein and fiber to give you at least 2.5hrs of energy.

We partner with companies that support our Food with Purpose mission. These snacks taste great and they are doing something good for you and the planet

RD and Chef hand-selected snacks that are higher in protein, helping to curb your appetite or “replenish” after a workout, while tasting great!

We offer packaged snack products that come from a manufacturer with a Gluten-Free claim.
