Safety has always been and remains at the core of everything we do. As we navigate this pandemic, we are following the guidance provided by the CDC, WHO, local health authorities, and the Compass Group Quality Assurance team. In our open accounts, we’ve implemented several modifications to service and throughout the marketplace to keep both our guests and associates safe. This includes enhancing cleaning and sanitation protocols, eliminating self-serve stations, and shifting to an exclusively packaged or grab-and-go service model. We’ve transformed our dining spaces to allow for physical distancing and added safety shields at ordering and cash registers. We are encouraging guests to utilize the contactless payment or to order using their dining mobile app where available.

When you dine with us, we want you to feel safe. Our marketplaces are enhanced with your well-being in mind, equipped with hand sanitizer stations at our entrances and physical distancing floor markers throughout to keep you at a safe distance from our other guests.
You'll notice our team members are all wearing masks, which are required in the marketplace by guests as well. Smiles are encouraged!
We've also removed all self-service options for the time being, however we have plenty of grab-and-go options available with individually packaged utensils and condiments, as well as our served stations.
