Celebrating Chef Appreciation Week 2024
Food first, passion always. It’s a guiding philosophy and during Chef Appreciation Week, it’s a rally cry. Our talented network of culinarians are the heart and soul of Eurest, serving our guests with care and bringing passion to every plate.
Eurest chefs are generous with their time and skills.
“Throughout my entire career, I’ve enjoyed always giving back. Somebody taught me to do the things I do as a chef. Anytime I get an associate that’s really eager to learn, that’s my mission. To give them everything I can, all the knowledge I can,” said Executive Chef James Henry.

Eurest chefs build each other up.
I was a mentor in the GULL [Global University of Lifelong Learning] program and having one of those associates promoted this year was a defining moment in my career, becoming part of someone else’s success story,” said Chef Aleksander Stepanov.
Eurest chefs are memory-makers.
According to Chef Victoria Cloud with Eurest’s South Division, “One of my greatest accomplishments is creating great food and great memories for our staff and clients and for myself. I’ve been very fortunate to pass the torch to others to live their dream.”
Eurest chefs make ordinary extraordinary.
“I enjoy taking a humble ingredient and elevating it.,” said Executive Chef Dan Jones. “Taking pork butt and making something great out of it is more satisfying to me to show someone what you can do with it instead of what you’re used to seeing,”
