Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic chopped
  • 1 lb firm tofu drained
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp fennel seed
  • 2 tsp paprika ground

Instructions
 

  • Heat sauté pan and add oil.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add chili powder, paprika, ground fennel seed, cumin and salt. Brown on low heat for 1 minute.
  • Crumble tofu and add to pot. Cook for 8 minutes until crumbled and heated through.
