Everything Green Juice Shot

Ingredients
- 1/4 ea granny smith apple
- 1/4 ea English cucumber
- 2 ea celery stalks
- 1/3 cup baby spinach fresh
- 1/3 cup parsley fresh
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash all produce and pat dry.
- Cut produce into 2” pieces (remove apple core).
- Place half of the ingredients into a blender with all the water and blend until well blended.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture in a bowl using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, until all the pulp is strained out. For best results, strain the juice twice.
- Discard the pulp, place the juice into serving cups and enjoy immediately or within 24 hours.
