Ingredients

  • ½ cup broccoli stem shredded
  • ½ cup kale chopped
  • ¼ cup red cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup green cabbage chopped
  • ¼ cup carrots matchstick
  • ¼ cup strawberries sliced (approx 4 ea)
  • ¼ cup mandarin orange segments
  • ¼ cup apple diced
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted
  • ½ each avocados diced
  • ¼ cup red grapes quartered

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to cut size.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing until well mixed. Pair with your favorite sweet vinaigrette, our favorite is poppyseed.
  • Divide into individual servings and enjoy!

Tips: Top with your favorite protein! Use any type of apple or swap out the fruits for what you have on hand!
