Fruit Cobb Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup broccoli stem shredded
- ½ cup kale chopped
- ¼ cup red cabbage chopped
- 1 cup green cabbage chopped
- ¼ cup carrots matchstick
- ¼ cup strawberries sliced (approx 4 ea)
- ¼ cup mandarin orange segments
- ¼ cup apple diced
- ¼ cup walnuts toasted
- ½ each avocados diced
- ¼ cup red grapes quartered
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients according to cut size.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing until well mixed. Pair with your favorite sweet vinaigrette, our favorite is poppyseed.
- Divide into individual servings and enjoy!
