Ingredients
- 3 cup Ice Cubes
- 1-1/2 cup Apple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh grated Ginger Root
- 1-1/2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1-1/2 cup Fresh Kale Chopped
- 3/4 cup Parsley Fresh
- 3 each Ripe Bananas peeled
- 1-1/2 cup Sliced apples fresh of frozen
Notes
Vegan.
Make sure apples are thawed for service.
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth (about 20 seconds). Pour into glasses and serve.
