Green Goddess Grilled Fish Tacos with Citrus Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1/2 tsp Spice Pepper, Black, Cracked
  • 1 1/2 Oregano Fresh
  • 1 tsp Spice Onion, Granulated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Cloves Peeled, Fresh, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Spice Paprika, Smoked
  • 1/2 tsp Spice Cumin, Ground
  • 2 tbsp Dressing Green Goddess, Primal Kitchen, Bulk
  • 3 Fish Cod, Atlantic, Loin, 4 oz, High Liner, Frozen
  • 1 1/2 Cilantro Citrus Slaw
  • 6 Tortilla Corn, White, 6"
  • 1 Peppers Chili, Jalapeno, Fresh, Sliced
  • 6 Lime Fresh, Wedge

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, combine all spices, herbs, and olive oil.
    2. Stir well until combined and it turns into a paste-like consistency.
    3. Pat fish dry and brush the mixture over the top of the fish, rubbing it in until it evenly coats the fish.
    4. Cover and hold cold to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
    5. Prepare sub recipe according to recipe and hold cold for assembly.
    6. On a grill over medium-high heat, grill the fish on both sides until it reaches a minimum internal temperature and flakes easily with a fork, about 5–6 minutes.
    7. Be sure not to overcook it.
    8. Once done, flake the fish into medium-large flakes.
    9. Assembly: In a corn tortilla, layer 2 oz of flaked fish, 1/4 cup of slaw, drizzle 1 teaspoon green goddess dressing, and top with 3 thin slices of jalapeño.
    10. Serve with 1 lime wedge on the side for each taco.
