Eurest Named a 2026 Training MVP Award Recipient

Eurest has been named a recipient of Training magazine’s 2026 Training MVP Award, earning national recognition for excellence in training and development. This marks the first time the company has received the award, placing Eurest among leading corporations and organizations honored for their commitment to building strong, results-driven learning cultures.
The award highlights the success of Eurest’s Elevate People training and development platform, focused on empowering Eurest team members to advance in their careers and succeed at every stage. By aligning development, engagement, and operational excellence, Elevate People supports both individual performance and organizational growth.
Over the past year, Eurest has achieved the following milestones through Elevate People programs and strategies:
- Trained 350 managers through Eurest University, a hands-on, in-person training experience
- Promoted 60 team members after graduating the largest Global University for Lifelong Learning (GULL) class in program history
- Certified five new Centers for Excellence that set the standards for operational excellence among all Eurest marketplaces nationwide
- Doubled its internal promotion to nearly 10%
As part of its evaluation process, Training magazine judges assess organizations based on investment in learning, the scope and structure of training programs, and clear alignment with business goals. Emphasis is placed on measurable outcomes, including behavior change and business performance.
Rankings for the 2026 Training MVP Award recipients will be announced at the Training MVP Awards Gala on February 23, 2026, during the Training Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida.
