Taste the Color of the Year
When Pantone declared Mocha Mousse the Color of the Year for 2025, the Eurest team was inspired to bring the warmth and elegance to life literally.
Described as a “warming, brown hue imbued with richness,” nurturing us with its suggestion of the “delectable qualities of chocolate and coffee,” well… you see where we’re going with this. Now, for a limited time, guests at Eurest marketplaces can sip or taste the Color of the Year with the Mocha Mousse Latte served with Coffee Whipped Cream or Mocha Mousse Delight.

MOCHA MOUSSE DELIGHT
Serves 4 – 6
INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp cold espresso
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Set aside under refrigeration.
- Using a double boiler set up melt the chocolate, butter and espresso together. Stir together until smooth. Allow mixture to cool slightly.
- In a clean mixing bowl whisk egg whites until foamy. Slowly whisk in the granulated sugar and beat to soft peaks.
- Check temperature of the chocolate. The chocolate needs to be slightly warmer than body temperature or else the mixture will seize once other items are added. When mixture has reached the proper temperature whisk in egg yolks.
- Fold in whipped egg whites 1/3 at a time followed by heavy cream.
- Spoon or pipe mousse into serving container and refrigerate until chilled.
